Bob Rajewski
Founder and President
Bob founded CriTech in 1994. He is a recognized industry expert in the field of medical device software engineering. In addition to having grown CriTech from inception to the market leader it is today, Bob has served as an instructor for AAMI/FDA courses on software regulations and software verification and validation. Bob served as an officer in the US Air Force.
Bob holds a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Randy Smith
VP Sales and Marketing
Randy leads CriTech’s sales and marketing teams. He joined CriTech in 2016. Randy is responsible for all revenue generation and associated activities. He has many years sales/sales management experience with software tools and services involving embedded systems. He served as an officer in the US Marine Corps.
Randy has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and an MA in Management from Webster University.
Royene Moore
Director, Central Region Sales
Royene specializes in helping businesses successfully acquire and adopt technology. She joined CriTech in 2012. Prior to CriTech, she held sales positions with many large technical companies including IBM, Computer Associates and Unisys. Royene has a BS degree in Math with a double major in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico.
Eric Tietjen
Director, Eastern Region Sales
Eric has over 30 years of experience working with customers to plan and implement software solutions and projects to meet customer’s business needs. Eric has a strong background working with software development teams to identify requirements and plan software projects that achieve the customer’s goals. Immediately prior to joining CriTech, Eric was at Medidata, where he worked with leading medical device companies to use Medidata’s clinical trial software platform to support their medical device clinical trials. Eric has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
